Thank you for shopping with RYVA. Below you will find all the information you need about our shipping process.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Available shipping options:

  • 10-17 days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

3. Free Shipping

We may offer free standard shipping promotions from time to time. Eligibility requirements will be clearly displayed during checkout and in promotional communications.

4. International Shipping

At this time, RYVA ships within the United States only. We are working to expand international shipping in the future. Please check back or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

5. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, RYVA is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays (weather, high volume periods, strikes).
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Customs or import holds (for future international orders).

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

RYVA is not liable for lost or stolen packages that show as 'delivered' by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us at contact.ryvafit@gmail.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at contact.ryvafit@gmail.com. We can only accommodate address changes before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.
